Oh how cool too see that! I've never seen one, but I've had scorpions, snakes, lizards, mice (of course), and birds in my house. Most of the mice came in the normal way but one came in, live, inside my dog's mouth. He tried to be real cool about it and claim he was not holding his lips all funy but the tail hanging out gave him away…

I am a friend of Betty and Boo's mom and she mentioned your post, so I came to check it out.

Oh my gosh. I think I would have run out of the house screaming. I panic if a bee gets in the house.
The squirrel launching itself sounds very "Christmas Vacation"

I am taking it from the comments that not everyone here is an amateur animal control worker? As the entirity of our local wildlife seeks shelter in our house during the winter months, I'm fairly used to it... if anything I feel guilty booting them back out into the cold.

The squirrel was super cute, I didn't feel threatened at all, it just... surprised me when it launched. It moved REALLY FAST.

But if it had been an opossum, it would have been a different story altogether. Opossums hiss.
